Here's a good set of instructionals from Jeff Rockwell. I'm not sure, but I think the rumor mill has it that Jeff just got his black belt. Here's his no-gi choke series:

Back Control
I shot a few vids today covering a few side control escapes and basic chokes.
I found these videos a while back and thought they were great. Bjorn is a good source of information and also has a dvd out called "Position Brabo" where he covers a lot of set ups for the brabo choke.
Here's some clips of him covering no giback control:
Here's some from Twister back control:
Another good source is Tapskilz, aka James Clingerman. Here's a few of his gi videos:

Attacking from top
Ok guys, I'm going to show a few principles/ideas from side control
Here's a vid from John Will about how to open up a person who is very conservative on the bottom side position.
Jean Jacques Machado shows a good way to attack if they clinch tight to you (no-gi).
Again, JJ showing an attack from side. This time he neutralizes one arm before attacking the other.
This last vid is of Rob Kahn. Here he shows the importance of head control.
