I am excited to say I'll be TEACHING my first seminar this weekend. I have a few friends in the GCPD who have expressed interest in BJJ and subwrestling. I've got a curriculm based on the bum rush so I hope everyone gets a lot from it. Unfortunately, with my current schedule and new house, I've had absolutely zero training time in the last 2 weeks.
